This website, dailymeme.store, is operated by Monthly Meme ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you. Our products are printed and shipped by our production partner, Printful.
1. Using our store
You must not use our products or this site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or try to disrupt the site, its security or other users.
2. Products and drops
New designs are added every month. We may end a drop early or limit quantities. We try to show product colours and images as accurately as possible, but colours may look different on your screen and in print.
3. Prices and orders
Prices are shown in US dollars unless you choose another currency. Prices and products may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
4. Accuracy of billing and account information
You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information so we can complete your order and contact you if needed.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Intellectual property
All designs, images and text on this site belong to Monthly Meme. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.

Some content, services or payment tools on the site are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and their own terms apply.
8. Personal information
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy policy.
9. Errors and omissions
Occasionally the site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing or availability. We may correct them and update information at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
